Victor D. Dean Kaylor; age 68; Uniontown; Pennsylvania passed away Thursday;August 25;2011 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born Tuesday;June 1;1943 in Jefferson Township;Pennsylvania;the son of Victor Pershing Kaylor and Lauretta (Bronson) Kaylor Renner. Dean had been employed with United States Steel at its Irwin Works;the Interstate Detective Agency in White Oak;and drove truck for both Cavanaugh Trucking and Carry All Transporation. He held membership at Hutchinson Sportsmen’s Club;the Coolspring Athletic Club;the American Legion;General George C.Marshall AMVETS Post 103 in Hopwood;and the North Union Veterans of Foreign War. Predeceased by his parents;and a sister;Nina F.Wargo. Surviving are a daughter;Deana Marie (Chris) Shalis of Gibsonia;Pennsylvania;and two special friends;Mary Jo Manning and Scot Maust both of Uniontown;Pennsylvania. All services will be private. Anna Dropchuk Sutovich; 91; of North Belle Vernon; died Thursday; Aug. 25; 2011; at 8:52 a.m. at Country Care Manor; Washington Township. Born Aug. 23; 1920; in Smock; she was the daughter of the late John and Rose Rankowskie Dropchuk. A lifelong resident of North Belle Vernon; Mrs. Sutovich was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church; member of the St. Barbara’s Altar Guild and retired cleaning private homes and was a homemaker. She is survived by a son; John Sutovich; of North Belle Vernon; two daughters and sons-in-law; Judy and Stanley Dutchko; of North Belle Vernon; and Barbara and David Evans; of Rostraver Township; two brothers; Paul Dropchuk; of Florida; and Sam Dropchuk; of Michigan; two sisters; Julia Vinlimpglio and Susie Cee; both of Michigan; five grandchildren; Stanley Dutchko Jr.; John Dutchko; Sherri Hilbert; Katie Evans and Ryan Evans; and three great-grandchildren; Damian; Terisa and Madison Lynn. John N. Jarvis; 84; of Forward Twp. died Tuesday; January 1; 2008 in Mt. Vernon Health Care Center. A son of the late Milton and Ethel Hunter Jarvis; he was born in Forward Twp. on June 30; 1923. John was a lifelong resident of Forward Twp.; worked at the former Donora Works and retired from the former National Tube Works of U.S. Steel in Christy Park where he was a machinist. He also served four years in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Peter J. Paulovich; 85; of Belle Vernon; Rostraver Township; died Monday; April 15; 2013; at Jefferson Regional Medical Center; Jefferson Borough. He was born May 9; 1927; in Star Junction; the son of the late John and Mary (Drzanich) Paulovich. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 36 years; Mr. Paulovich was Catholic by faith; and was retired from Combustion Engineering; where he worked as a melt foreman. Upon his retirement; he was employed as a security guard. He was a Veteran of World War II; where he served in the Navy. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 209 and New Kensington Eagles. The last surviving member of his immediate family; he is survived by a son; Charles Paulovich; of Rostraver Township; two daughters and sons-in-law; Laura J. and Daniel Keenan; of Rostraver Township; Bea Ann and Stanley Kudla of Glassport; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife; Beverly J.
