Marcia Dawn Trilli; 52; formerly of Monessen; died Monday; Sept. 26; 2011; in The Greenery in Canonsburg. She was born in North Charleroi on Feb. 19; 1959; the daughter of Paul C. Trilli Sr. and Sonja Trilli; who survive and reside in North Charleroi. Marcia grew up in Monessen and had been a resident of Passavant Memorial Homes in Greensburg since 1995. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church in Monessen. In addition to her parents; she is survived by two sisters and a brother; Collette Hazy; of Charleston; S.C.; Mary Baggott; of Kings Bay; Ga.; and Mark (Patty) Trilli; of Donora; her dear aunts; Anne Bunny Trilli; of Monessen; Victoria (Gerald) Francia; of Monessen; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Attilio and Mary Trilli and Eleanor Askey; and her brother; Paul C. Dolores Lorain Sedlak Veres; 82; of Charleroi; died Thursday; July 12; 2012; in Jefferson Regional Hospital after an extended illness. She was born April 30; 1930; in Pricedale; the daughter of the late Elizabeth Sedlak and Andrew Sedlak III. Mrs. Veres graduated from Rostraver High School (salutatorian of the Class of 1948) and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church; Charleroi. Mrs. Veres served as a substitute teacher and worked at Head Start and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. She enjoyed books; gardening (especially roses); crocheting; sewing and spending time with her children and their families. Surviving are her husband; Milan (Link) Veres; whom she married on April 14; 1951; children; David L. Veres (Judi); Joseph A. Veres (Paula); Beth Pansino (Larry); Dale E. Sharma Jean Giles Dietz was born on January 20;1934 and died December 2;2010;the daughter of the late Clifford and Anna Biles Giles. As a lifelong resident of Roscoe;she graduated from California High School in 1951 and California State College in 1964 and was a substitute teacher at the Roscoe Elementary School. Sharma had many interests that included reading;puzzles;baking;cooking;crafts;gardening;playing cards with her friends;and was proficient at the jeopardy game show. Sharma was a very good piano player. She enjoyed the years that her grandsons lived nearby. She was a member of the Roscoe Methodist Church and is survived by her daughters and their husbands;Cheryl and David Debowski;Elaine and Jack Shannon;her son and his wife;Frank and Kathy Dietz;her previous husband;Frank Dietz;her grandson and his wife;Bobby and Cherish Dietz;grandsons Brian and Jason Shannon;her great-granddaughter;Sara Dietz;her sister;Iris Schwartz;her cousins Ann Abraham and Sara Shrum;nieces;Debra Aitken and Janice Naylor;and nephew;Richard Schwartz.

Frank R. Dietz; 85; of Roscoe; died Wednesday; May 7; 2014; at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born May 29; 1928; in Fitz Henry a son of Frank and Valentine Marie Borne Dietz; he was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He retired in 1983 from the former Fisher Body Plant in West Mifflin. Mr Dietz was a member of the United Methodist Church in Roscoe; the Monongahela Valley Lodge No. 461 F and AM and Past Master 1967 and past member of the Mid Mon Valley Model Railroad Club. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law; Frank R. and Kathleen Dietz Jr. of Olathe; Kan.; two daughters and sons-in-law; Cheryl and David Debowski of Elizabeth Township and Elaine and Jack Shannon of Roscoe; a grandson and wife; Robert and Cherish Dietz of Kansas City; Kan.; two stepgrandsons; Brian and Jason Shannon; two great-granddaughters; Sara and Leah Dietz; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Dietz is also survived by a dear friend; Rose Marie Fabina of Johnstown. He was preceded in death by his brother; Melvin Dietz.
