Mr.Byron was born Sept.6;1943;in Pittsburgh;a son of Leonard Byron of Belle Vernon and the late Lorenna Barnes Kontos. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and the Belle Vernon Musical Society. Mr.Byron;a U.A.Air Force veteran of the Vietnam war;had lived in Belle Vernon the past 32 years. A former employee of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Allenport plant for 13 years;Mr.Byron was employed by the Solstat Coal Company of Mt.Pleasant.
