Born Aug.5;1947;in North Charleroi;he was the son of Rosella Brazzon George of Fayette City R.D.1;who survives. Mr.George was a member of St.Joseph Polish National Catholic Church of Fairhope;the Brightwell-Daugherty American Legion Post 484 of Fayette City;the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Fairhope;the Rod and Gun Club of Fairhope;and the Naomi Athletic Club. Mr.Green then moved to Monessen where he met and married Estelle Elizabeth Bailey. They were married June 2;1927;and had six children. Mr.Green retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.in 1965. He was a member of Union Baptist Church;Monessen;where he served as chairman of the trustee board and chairman of the deacon board. He was also a member of the Gospel Chorus. Mr.Green was preceded in death by his wife on Feb.5;1975.
