Mrs.Roe was born May 25;1915;in Monessen;a daughter of the late Clyde Keller Sr.and Johanna Crow Keller. She had been a lifelong resident of Monessen before moving to Belle Vernon eight months ago. Mrs.Roe was a former member of the former St.Leonard Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. She was a present member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Mrs.Roe was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Aerie No.2399;Monessen. Her husband;Charles H.Roe;died in 1986. Three brothers;Clyde Keller Jr.;Myrle Keller and Willis Keller (her twin brother);and two sisters;Naomi Keller and Loretta Cutter;are deceased. Surviving are two nieces;Mrs.Edward (Melanie) Pearce of Belle Vernon R.D.1 and Mrs.Anthony (Joanne) Krucznski of Phoenix;Ariz.;and three nephews;Norbert Cutter and Donald and Louis Keller;all of Belle Vernon. Harold J.Ringstad;64;of 228 Vernon Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;May 30;1992;at 6:45 p.m.in Jefferson Center Hospital. Born Nov.19;1927;in Rostraver Township;he was the son of the late Harold and Lucy Strickland Ringstad. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area;Mr.Ringstad was a 1945 graduate of Rostraver High School. He graduated in 1970 from California State College. Mr.Ringstad was a member of the Speers United Methodist Church;F&AM Lodge 643;Belle Vernon;the Uniontown Lodge of Perfection;and American Legion Post 659;Belle Vernon. He was a former member of the Belle Vernon Lions Club;was a past member and president of the Belle Vernon Area School Board;and was a past president of the union for employees of the Monessen Southwestern Railroad Company of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr.Ringstad was one of the organizers of the Belle Vernon Midget Baseball program and coached junior baseball in the Belle Vernon area. He organized the judo program at the Mon Valley YMCA. He was the owner of Confidential Investigation Service and also performed personal accounting services. He retired from the Monessen Southwestern Railroad Company of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;with 40 years of service. He was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a sister;Katherine House. He was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II and retired from the position of manager at the Montgomery Ward warehouse in Charleroi.
