Born Jan.8;1909;in Charleroi;she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Bartak Keracik. Mrs.Rowley was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon. She was Protestant by faith and a member of the Goodwill Club;Charleroi. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;William H.Rowley;on Feb.3;1980;two sisters;Mary Balaska ad Ethel Barcelona;two brothers;Joseph Keracik and John Keracik;and a grandson;Brian Shumaker. Surviving are one son;Willian H.Rowley Jr.of Apex;N.C.;one daughter;Mrs.Carl (Shirley Ann) Miller of Belle Vernon;six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was born Dec.13;1913;in Fayette City;a son of the late Samuel and Helen Rockidge. He was a member of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City. He was a member of the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club and the Naomi Athletic Club. He was a retired coal miner. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Anna Cope Rockidge on Oct.22;1975. Survivors include one brother;Thomas Rockidge of Charleroi;five sisters;Anna Simmons of Belle Vernon;Helen Rockidge of Coraopolis;Mary Tharp of Cleveland;Barbara Pulaski and Elizabeth Rockidge;both of Charleroi;and several nieces and nephews.
