He was born in Rostraver Township on Oct.23;1921;a son of the late Joseph and Mona Sheldon Rousseau. Mr.Rousseau was a member of Harmony Presbyterian Church. He had been a reident of Sweeney Plan for the last 44 years. He retired as an electrician in 1983;from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. Mr.Rocca was a member of Mother of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church and the Sons of Italy;both of Charleroi. He was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II and retired from the position of manager at the Montgomery Ward warehouse in Charleroi. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by two brothers;Mike and Dominick Rocca;and three sisters;Rose Moore;Anna Dandrea and Josephine Andrews. He was born April 22; 1896; in
Adrian; Mich.; a son of the late
Walter and Lisbeth Seelye
Robins.
Mr. Robins was a member of
the First United Methodist
Church of Belle Vernon; where
he was a member and officer of
the church choir for many
years. He had served on the
Board of Trustees of the church
for 15 years.
Active in amateur radio
circles in the Mid Mon Valley;
Mr. Robins was a past officer of
the Monessen Radio Club and
had served as the local
representative of the Military
Affiliate Radio System until
1974.
Mr. Robins; who had been a
resident of Kane Regional
Center since June of this year;
had resided with his daughter in
Elizabeth Township the past five
years.
He retired in 1966 from the
steam and combustion department of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh
Steel Corporation’s Monessen
plant.
He was a veteran of World War I; having served with the
317th Infantry Regimental
Band.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
wife; Lucille Morrell Robins;
who died in 1979; and by a sister;
Frances; in 1950.
Survivors include one
daughter; Mrs. William R.
(Elaine) Boyles of Elizabeth
Township; one sister; Katherine
Huscroft of Greensburg; two
grandchildren; Dr. William L.
and Robert K. Benedetti; both of
Elizabeth Township; and six
great-grandchildren.

Mr.Rodier was born Sept.27;1919;in Charleroi;a son of the late Odilon Emil and Margaret Palfrey Rodier. He was a retired steelworker;formerly employed at the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. A resident of Bentleyville since 1952;Mr.Rodier had previously lived in Charleroi. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church;Charleroi;and the United Steel Workers of America Local Union No.1187 in Allenport. Mr.Rodier was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II;having served as technical sergeant with Company I;22nd Infantry Regiment. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was also a member of American Legion Post No.165;Bentleyville;Disabled American Veterans;Mon Valley Chapter 131:and the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National 4th Infantry (IVY) Division Association. His wife;Florence E.Lang Rodier;whom he married July 13;1952;survives. Also surviving are two sisters;Mrs.Albert (Grace) Mayernick of Charleroi and Katherine Bruce of Monessen;and several nieces and nephews.
