Ann S.Young;93;formerly of Green Street;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;May 2;1996;at 6:35 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Oct.15;1902;in McDonald;a daughter of the late Andrew and Janet Stevenson Young. She resided in the Belle Vernon community fo 76 years and was a patient at the Waddington Convalescent Home for the past several years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;and the Martha Circle Sunday School Class at the church. She retired in 1971 from the Belle Vernon Water Authority as a clerk. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by two sisters;Martha E.young on Oct.26;1981;and Jessie R.Young on June 20;1985. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev.Ross Bash;interim pastor of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

City; he was the son of the late
James Young Sr. and Elizabeth
Park Young.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
wife; Jane (Jean) Kern Young;
on March 29; 1993; and three
brothers; Clarence; James Jr.
and Wilfred Young.
Surviving are one son and
daughter-in-law; Donald E.
and Janice Young of Fayette
City; one son and daughter-in-law; Luann and James Russell
of Rostraver Township; seven
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
and Wednesday until 11 a.m. in
the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home; Fayette City. Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Michael Shepard of Fayette City United Presbyterian Church officiating.
