He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Myrtle Nelson. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home after seven o’clock tonight. Services will be held there Friday;January 20;1950;at 2 p.m.;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.

Mrs.Mary Viola Nicolay;widow of the late Hiram J.Nicolay;died Tuesday night;March 1;1949;at 11:30 at the home of her daughter;Mrs.C.L.Cook;2625 Broadway;Dormont. Mrs.Nicolay was 93 years of age. Surviving are the daughter;Mrs.Cook and three sons;J.D.Nicolay;of Monessen;Fred H.Nicolay;of Youngstown;and Hugh J.Nicolay;of Warren. A number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
