Mrs.Agnes C.Nole;aged 68 years;of 626 Broad avenue;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;January 3;1943;at 8 a.m.in Charleroi-Monessen hospital;following an illness of nine days. She is survived by three sons;Edward F.Nole of Belle Vernon;John T.Nole of Belle Vernon and Carl J.Wolfe of Detroit;Michigan.  Fifteen grandchildren also survive.  Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home until time of services Wednesday morning;January 6 at 10 o’clock;in St.Sebastian Church.  Father Dennis Boyle is the priest in charge of the services;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.

Edward P.Nole;68;of 1005 Hill street;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;July 4;1942; at 9 p.m.at his home following an illness of two weeks.  He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Agnes C.Nole;two sons;Edward F.Nole and John P.Nole;of Belle Vernon and one stepson;Carl Wolfe;of Detroit;Mich.  One sister;Mrs.Annie Hammitt;of St.Mary’s W.Va.;also survives.  Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;until Tuesday;at 10 a.m.when funeral services will be held in charge of a visiting priest.  Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.

State Police of Charleroi barracks were preparing to take action today after an automobile driven by a fifteen-year-old boy run down and fatally injured Andrew Nogy;65;of Pricedale;in North Belle Vernon last night;Sunday;December 7;1941. Mr.Nogy died in Charleroi-Monessen hospital at 11:05 p.m.;two hours after being struck by an automobile operated by William Marsden;15;of Belle Vernon. The boy;too young to own an operator’s license;is said to have driven from the intersection of Graham and Sampson Streets into the main highway. The car veered to the right;State police said after making an investigation;and struck Mr.Nogy as he walked along the road. He was rushed to the hospital at 9:15 p.m.and died two hours later of internal injuries. Authorities said George Corbett;of Pricedale;was the owner of the car. Charges of driving an automobile without a license and of premitting a violation are to be made;Corp.E.C.Moore of the State police said. Action in the death is contingent upon the findings of a coroner’s jury. The investigation is being continued. The survivors of Mr.Nogy who resided at 107 Hill street;Belle Vernon;are:his wife;Mrs.Anna Nogy;three daughters;Mrs.Andrew Hornack;of Monessen;Mrs.Reno Carini;of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Joseph Dubinsky of Munhall;seven sons;Louis;Andrew Jr.;Walter;Michael;Martin and Joseph;of Belle Vernon;and John in the U.S.Army Air Corps in Denver;Colo.;and ten grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home until time for services at 9 o’clock Thursday morning;December 11;in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Rev.J.J.Connell will officiate. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold Toner is funeral director.

Surviving is her husband;Achille Nardi;four daughters;Miss Mary Lettori;Monessen;Mrs.George Ninchak;Monessen;Nellie and Sylvia Lettori at home;her mother Mrs.Mary P.Mitchell;Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mrs.Camille Zucconi;Belle Vernon;Mrs.Julius Conti;Monessen;three brothers;Frank of Dunbar;W.Va.;Michael of Fairhope;James;Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;626 Broad avenue;Belle Vernon;until Thursday;January 23 at 10 a.m.when the body will be removed to the St.Sebastian Church where services will be held with Father J.J.O’Connell officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold Toner is the funeral director.
