A resident of Perryopolis for the past 59 years; Mrs. Paulina was a member of the Christian Center Church of Belle Vernon and was a homemaker. Mrs. Costella was a resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 65 years; member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the former church ladies guild and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas; Belle Vernon Court 1522. Hazel also volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul; Monessen; and packed meals for the Meals on Wheels program. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Thomas J.
