Born Feb. 9; 1922; in Fayette City; she was the daughter of the late Frank and Magdelyn Halgus Bolchak. Mrs. Pollack was a lifelong resident of Fayette City; was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the former Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church; Fayette City. She also enjoyed reading; cooking and ironing. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Thomas and Mary Jo Pollack; of Peters Township; two daughters and sons-in-law; Ann and Richard Revak; of Fayette City; Sandy and Kevin Whetzel; of Fayette City; five grandchildren; Thomas J. Pollack; Brian Revak; Carissa Erenrich; Jeremy Whetzel and Suzanne Whetzel; four great-grandchildren; Ryan Pollack; Tyler Pollack; Kylie Pollack and Rosalie Revak. She was preceded in death by her husband; Alexander J. Pollack; Aug. 31; 1982; and four brothers; John; Andrew; Joseph and Frank Bolchak.
