Vincent G. Winn; 86; of Belle Vernon; passed away Friday; Oct. 28; 2011; at home with his family by his side. He was born Feb. 26; 1925; in Fayette City; son of the late Guy V. Winn and the late Helen (Hogan) Winn. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon; life member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 65; and a life member of the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club. Vince enjoyed bowling in both the Legion and Gun Club Bowling Leagues. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; in 1982 with 36 years of service. Vince was a Navy veteran; gunners mate second class; assigned to PCS 1425 during World War II. He was a former auditor and supervisor for Washington Township. He is survived by his daughter; Doreen Bergamasco and husband; Robert; of Belle Vernon; sons; Guy Winn and wife; Paula; of Belle Vernon; Pat Winn and wife; Jeri; of Belle Vernon; and Frank Winn; of Pittsburgh; grandsons; Brent Bergamasco and wife; Ann; of Belle Vernon; Nolan Bergamasco and wife; Ashley; of Belle Vernon; and Vincent Winn; of Charleroi; granddaughter; Emily Winn; of Belle Vernon; great-granddaughters; Veda; Ava and Ali Bergamasco; sister; Patricia Ledgerton; of Belle Vernon; brothers and sisters-in-law; Ridsy Calderone and Emma Kotch; Walt and Dolores Trembach; Harry and Frances Weightman; Bill and Bernie Wagner and Bernadine (Don) Brewer; and many nieces and nephews. He married Dorothy (Calderone) Winn on Sept. 8; 1952. She preceded him in death on April 5; 2008. He was also preceded in death by son; Edward Winn; daughter; Elizabeth Winn; and brothers; John; Robert and Leonard Winn. Michael Cesovski; 86; of Monessen; passed away Monday; Aug. 25; 2008; in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Thursday; Oct. 27; 1921; in Monessen; a son of the late Michael Sr. and Julia Slivka Cesovski. He had been employed as a steelworker by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Monessen plant; retiring in 1984 as a steam plant pump house operator. Mr. Cesovski was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II; having served as a staff sergeant flight instructor. He was a member of Charleroi Presbyterian Church; and American Legion Post No. 28 and the Ukrainian Club; both in Monessen. Survivors include one son; Martin Cesovski and wife Cynthia; of Charleroi; one granddaughter; Karen Latkanich; of Belle Vernon; one grandson; David Cesovski; of Belle Vernon; three great-grandsons; Douglas and Dominic Latkanich and Derek Cesovski; two sisters; Betty Gardner; of Monessen; and Helen Karch; of Donora; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Cesovski was preceded in death by his wife; Gladys Nicastro Cesovski; and two brothers; John and George. Connie A. Helton; 75; of Belle Vernon; died Friday; Aug. 22; 2008; in UPMC Mercy; Uptown. She was born Nov. 27; 1932; in Baltimore; Md.; a daughter of the late Anthony and Julia Katinsky Louis. Mrs. Helton was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church; in Belle Vernon; and retired from Charland Sportswear. She is survived by her daughter; Margaret Love and husband; Jim; of Ruffsdale; her son; Jack Marinos; of State College; sister; Catherine Louis; of Fallowfield Township; six grandchildren; Tabbitha; Tammara; James and Tatianna Love; John Anthony Shepler and Shane Marinos; a great-grandson; Anthony John Shepler; sister-in-law; Pamela Strubakis; of Florida; an uncle; Pete Katinsky; of Charleroi; an aunt; Josephine Smith; of Newport News; Va.; and a niece; Joanne Strubakis; of Florida. Margaret C. Kushner; 84; of Belle Vernon; died Wednesday; August 20; 2008 in Mon Valley Hospital. A daughter of the late John and Margaret Mackonos Nalevanko; she was born in Crabtree on January 28; 1924. Catholic by faith; she lived most of her life in Belle Vernon (Arnold City). Survivors include her husband of 65 years; Michael Kushner; one son; Michael Barry Kushner; of Fayette City; one granddaughter; Mikayla Kushner; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Robert and Delphine Nalevanko and John and Evelyn Nalevanko; all of Arnold City; and three sisters; Mary Lesko; of Arnold City; Betty Lattanzio; of Belle Vernon; and Ann Bonitati; of Arnold City.
