He was born May 19; 1951; in North Charleroi; a son of the late John C. and Rosalia Lil Constantino Mattey Sr. He was formerly employed as a mechanic at Tri-County Muffler and Brakes. Michael Wokaly; 78; of Belle Vernon (Washington Township); died Friday; April 15; 2011; in The Donnell House in Washington; Pa. Born in Monessen; Sept.22; 1932; he was a son of the late George and Susan Wokaly. Michael was a Korean War veteran; where he served his country as a staff sergeant in the Army. After obtaining a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh; Michael became a vocational education teacher of auto body repair at both Mon Valley and Steel Valley Vo-Techs; before retiring. He enjoyed gardening and driving to his camp in the mountains; as well as a good cup of coffee and good conversation with his many friends. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Mary Sue and Chetley Deiley; of Jefferson Hills; two sisters; Margaret Belline; of Canfield; Ohio; and Suzanne Steinmiller; of Bridgeport; W.Va.; and many nieces and nephews. Willie D. Football Lloyd; 84; of Monessen; formerly of Brooklyn; N.Y.; went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday; Dec. 21; 2010; in the Hallsworth House; Charleroi. Born Feb. 16; 1926; to the late David Lloyd and Candia Dupree Soloman Lloyd. Willie was a veteran of the U.S. Army for over 30 years. He was presently employed with Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center in New York until his illness. He was the Union Red of the local Union 1199. He was a member of Emannuel Baptist Church; Rankin. He loved life and being with family and friends. He was a very giving person and loved helping others. He was preceded in death by his wife; Orrie Vicky Lloyd; his son; David Mitch Lloyd; four sisters; and one brother. Patricia retired in 1996 from the South Allegheny School District; where she taught biology and science. She was also a member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association. Born May 7; 1946; in North Charleroi; she was a daughter of the late Warren Williams (April 11; 1980) and Verda Jane Myers Williams (March 7; 2011). A resident of North Belle Vernon; Mrs. Cathers was a member of First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon; was a homemaker and past Matron of the Eastern Star Monessen Chapter 205; formerly the Belle Vernon Chapter 196. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; David and Kathy Cathers; of Huntington; W.Va.; three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Janelle Williams; of North Belle Vernon; Gaye and Bill Jarzabek; of Pittsburgh; and Robin and Van Speers; of Hopewell; two grandchildren; Courtney and Brianna Cathers; two nieces; Anne and Amie Speers; of Hopewell; and a nephew; Adam Speers; of Hopewell.
