Albert J. Fister; 80; of Monessen; died Sunday; Oct. 16;1994; in Hallsworth House;Charleroi.
Born Aug. 10; 1914; in Monessen; he was the son of the
late Michael and Sophia Svirida Pfiester.
Mr. Fister was retired from the Monessen plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corp.
He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman
Catholic Church; its Holy Name and Sacred Heart societies; the Franco-Belgian Beneficial Society; the Croatian Club and MARS; all of Monessen.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by a son;Albert J. Fister Jr.. and four
brothers; Stephen; Michael; Martin and Larry Pfiester.
Surviving are his wife; Mary
Torbar Fister; a daughter-in-law; Mary Ann Fister Kinney of
Belle Vernon; a grandson and granddaughter-in-law; Chad and Heather Fister of Belle Vernon: and a great-granddaughter; Rachel Fister of Belle Vernon.Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Robert A. She was born July 14;1935;in Monessen;a daughter of the late John Kroeschel Jr.and Rose Irene Tangel Kroeschel. Mrs.Feehan was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Parish;Monessen. She was also a member of Friends of the Monessen Public Library. Mrs.Feehan was a fomer employee of Brookvale Manufacturing Company;Rostraver Township. Survivors inlcude her husband;Thomas J.Feehan;two sons;Thomas J.Feehan Jr.of University Park;Md.;and David M.Feehan of Windermere;Fla.;one daughter;Mrs.Joseph (Mary Jane) Krosoff of Rostraver Township;and five grandchildren. Julia D.Flanagan;79;of 426 Jones St.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;April 9;1994 in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Mrs.Flanagan was born June 18;1914;in Glassport;a daughter of the late James J.and Sicily Murphy Donovan. She retired from employment with the former Miller’s Department Store in Charleroi in 1979. Mrs.Flanagan was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon and was a volunteer with the Belle Vernon Meals on Wheels program. Mrs.Frezzell was a member of Union Baptist Church of Monessen;where she was a Church mother;a member of the Pastor’s Aide;Ruth Circle;Gospel Chorus and was treasurer of the Sunday School. Mr.Feick was born Dec.19;1922;in North Charleroi;a son of the late John W.and Luella Wilderman Feick. He was a retired millwright in the Gibsonton Yard of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. A resident of Allenport for the past 47 years;Mr.Feick was a member of the Allenport Methodist Church. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II;having served in the European and Asiatic Pacific Theaters of Operation.
