1967; at 7:10 p.m. in Mon Valley
Hospital. He was 90.
Mr. Hewitt was born in Caldwell;
W. Va; on May 4;1937; a son of the
late Frank and Ida Gladys Bradley
Hewitt.
He was Protestant by faith and
also was a construction worker.
In addition to his parents; he was
preceded in death by a sister;
Dorothy May Hewitt.
Survivors include three sons; Raymond Jr. amd Donald; both of New
Jersey; and Timothy of West
Virginia; a daughter Renee of West
Virginia; five brothers; Henry
Hewitt of Charleroi; Albert Hewitt of
Allenport; Ernest Hewitt of
Charleroi and Julian and Jesse Hewitt;both of Fallowfield Twp.;
and two sisters; Mrs. Kate Chalfant
of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Edith Urwin of Fallowfield Twp.
Friends will be received at the
Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home;
Fayette City; on Saturday from 4 to 9
p.m.; Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7
to 9 p.m. and on Monday until 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.William Bailey of Free Methodist Church;Monongahela;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

June 18; 1987; in Jefferson Medical
Center. He was 62.
Mr. Havran was born Aug. 14;
1924; in Monessen; a son of the late
Michael and Mary Glozer Havran.
He was a retired motor inspector
in the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corporation’s Monessen Plant.
Roman Catholic by faith; he was a
U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife; Mavis
Turnbull Havran; two sons; Geary
A. Havran of Tampa; Fla.; and Darrel R. Havran of Belle Vernon; three
granddaughters; Aimee; Stephanie
and Sara; and three sisters; Mrs.
John L. (Helen) Bender and Mrs.
Thomas (Matilda) Gloyd; both of
Monessen; and Mrs. Raymond
(Cecelia) Jackson of New Jersey.
Friends will be received Sunday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Rhome Funeral Home; Inc.; 1200
Grand Blvd.; Monessen. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rhome Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Besides her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Ernest in 1973;one son;Eugene in 1963;two brothers and one sister. She was a Monessen resident for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church;Monessen. Survivors include two daughters;Mrs.Burton (Marjorie) Hazlett of Bryan;Ohio;and Mrs.John H.(Dorothy) Lender of Monessen;one son;Fred W.;with whom she made her home;11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
