Willaim F.McGill;70;of 512 Henry St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;Nov.14;1994;at 6:40 p.m.in Jefferson Hospital.  Born March 4;1924;in North Belle Vernon;he was the son of the late George and Helen Kuhn McGill.  Mr.McGill spent almost all of his adult life in Belle Vernon and was a member of First United Methodist Church.  He  retired Sept.30;1982;from the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.  He was a life member of the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department and American Legion Post 4876 of Altus;Okla.;and a life member and past commander of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659.  He served with the U.S.Army during World War II in the Aleutian Islands.  Survivors include his wife;Eva Pesi McGill;two sons and daughters-in-law;Kevin and LuAnn McGill of Forward Township and Robert and Diane McGill of Altus;Okla;;one daughter;Mrs.Richard (Cheryl) Boyles of North Charleroi;one sister;Mrs.Robert (Berneil) Lewis of Belle Vernon;and five grandchildren.  Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Friday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Dr.Thomas St.Clair of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department and the Belle Vernon American Legion will meet at the funeral home Thursday at 7 p.m.for services;which will be held separately.  The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.

Vivian Jones Mills;63; of 539 Chestnut St.Monessen;died Friday;Sept.2;1994;at 7 p.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. She was born Nov.19;1930;a daughter of the late Leon Troope and Rosae Mae Robinson. Mrs. Mills was retired from Mayview State Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Monessen; and attended Monessen Public Schools. Mrs.MIlls was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church;Monessen;where she was a member of the Usher Board;Mt.Calvary Gospel Chorus;was former president and vice president of the chorus;and was a member and former secretary of the Senior Missionary Society. Survivors include two sons;Haywood Jones;Jr.at home;and Derrick Jones of Maryland;a stepson;Thomas Johnson of Ohio;her stepmother;Bernice Robinson of Charleroi;two brothers;Leon and Melvin Troope of New Jersey;two sisters;Rosie and Riva Troope;seven sisters-in-law;Carmen Cintron and Virginia Jones;both of New Jersey;Gloria McDowell of Maryland;Clyda Mills and Dorothy Linton;both of Uniontown;Fannie Reid of Michigan;and Frances Smith of Monessen;six brothrs-in-law;William Jones of New Jersey;James McDowell of Maryland;Melvin Mills and George Linton;both of Uniontown;Robert Mills of Washington;Pa.;and Albert Smith of Monessen;six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Herbert J.Mills on June 9;1994;and a grandson;Kendrick W.Blackman. John Maurice McCraw;89;formerly of Monessen;died Tuesday;July 5;1994;in Southern Maryland Hospital;Clinton;Md. He was born in Dunbar;Jan.10;1905;a son of the late James McGraw and Elmira McCraw Lacy. Mr.McCraw spent most of his life in Monessen. He moved to Brandywine;Md.;approximately 30 years ago. He was a former employee of Pittsburgh Steel Co.of Monessen. Mr.McCraw formerly was a member of the Union Baptist Church of Monessen. He is survived by one sister;Helen Rice Little;stepchildren;Prudence Jane Elliott of Monessen and Helen Richards of Washington;Pa.;and a sister-in-law;Ruby McCraw. Eleanor A.Mason;74;of 311 Center St.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;June 25;1994;at 2:15 p.m.at her home. She was born in Belle Vernon;Dec.31;1919;a daughter of the late Dalton and Emily White Hilty. Mrs.Mason was a member of the Nazrene Church of Belle Vernon. She was a life-long resident of Belle Vernon.
