Mr.Ruby was born Sept;5;1908;in Pricedale;a son of the late Alexander and Anna Wanca Ruby. He retired in 1971 from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation;where he was employed as a lab technician. Mr.Ruby was a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon area. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church;Donora;the Donora Sons of Italy;the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club;and the Washington Township Firemen’s Club. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife. Surviving are two brothers;Stephen Ruby of Belle Vernon and Peter Ruby of Coraopolis;three sisters;Mrs.Eva Matthews of Fairhope;Mrs.Neil Raymond of Zephyr Hill;Fla.;and Mrs.Pearl Laughlin of Charleston;W.VA.;a son-in-law;Larry Balasko;of Los Angeles;Calif.;a step-granddaughter;Lou Ann Heston and a great-step-granddaughter;Sara Heston.
