Mrs.Randall was born Dec.17;1918;in Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Harry and Ella Coughenour Cowher. A lifelong Belle Vernon area resident;she was a member of the First Baptist Church;Belle Vernon. Mrs.Randall had worked for 18 years at the former Vic’s Clothing Store in Belle Vernon. Andrew M.Ruby;79;of 223 Dull St.;Belle Vernon;(Fairhope);died Wednesday;Jan.20;1988;at 1 a.m.in the Presbyterian Medical Center;Washington;Pa. Mr.Ruby was born Sept;5;1908;in Pricedale;a son of the late Alexander and Anna Wanca Ruby. He retired in 1971 from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation;where he was employed as a lab technician. Mr.Ruby was a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon area. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church;Donora;the Donora Sons of Italy;the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club;and the Washington Township Firemen’s Club. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife. the U.S. Navy in World War II.

20 years; he was employed at the
State Liquor Store in Belle Vernon.

preceded in death by four brothers;
Walter; James; Lloyd and William;
a sister; Thelma Rosborough
Shearer; and a grandson; Jason
Brett Buck.
