Arthur E.Raisbeck of 604 Orchard St.;North Charleroi;died Thursday;Nov.15;1984;at 7:39 p.m. at Mon Valley Hospital. He was 79. Born in Fayette City;July 7;1905;he was a son of the late James and Sarah Wrightson Raisbeck. Mr.Raisbeck was a resident of the Mon Valley area his entire life. He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Charleroi. Mr.Raisbeck retired as a railroad engineer for the Monessen plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by three brothers;John;William and Carl Raisbeck and two sisters;Ethel Evans and Eleanor Bollinger.
