Born Aug.12;1908;in Elizabeth;she was a daughter of the late Sam and Seraphina Guarascio DeRose. A member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;she was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. Hazel Glover Santmyer;78;formerly of Lynnwood;died Friday;Jan.3;1997;in Uniontown Hospital. She was born in Accident;Md.;Aug.27;1918;a daughter of the late Clyde and Elnora Kelso Glover. Mrs.Santmyer was a member of the Fayette City United Methodist Church and the Fayette City Women’s Club. She graduated from Accident;Md.High School in 1935. She had resided in Lynnwood since 1947 and had formerly lived in Maryland. She was born Feb.27;1909 in North Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late George T.and Hannah A.Smock Price. She was a member of the First Christian Church;Belle Vernon;and was a lifelong resident of the Charleroi and Belle Vernon areas. She retired in 1972 after 40 years as an elementary school teacher in the Belle Vernon Area School District.
