Steve Trembach;74;of 904 McClintock Ave.;Lynnwood;Belle Vernon;died Friday;Nov.1;1991;in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was born March 18;1917;in Pricedale;a son of the late Steve and Eva Youshock Trembach. Orthodox by faith;he was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Monessen plant. Mr.Trembach was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by four brothers;Pete;John;Mike and Jake. Survivors include three sisters;Jessie Perun;Anna Dziyak and Julie Hollick;all of Belle Vernon;several nieces and nephews. Mr. Turek was retired from the

Allenport plant of Wheeling-
Pittsburgh Steel Corp.
He was a member of The
Epiphany of Our Lord Roman
Catholic Church; the Croatian
Club; the Naomi Club and the
Hilltop Firemen’s Club; all of
Monessen.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
first wife; Leona Shimmel
Turek; a son; Paul W. Turek;
four sisters; Marie Ross; Helen
Mourad; Ann Weishaar and
Martha Del Hagen; and four
brothers; John; Michael; George
and Andrew Turek.
Surviving are his wife; Anna
Mahovlich Turek; one daughter;
Mrs. Roy (Doris) Horrell of
Belle Vernon; a stepson;
Stephen L. Mahovlich of Eden;
N.C.; seven grandchildren; 10
great-grandchildren; and three

Mrs.Turek was born Feb.1;1912;in Washington Township;Fayette County;a daughter of the late Albert Clifford and Flora Ella Scanlon Hall. She was a member of the First Christian Church;Fayette City;and has sung in the church choir for years. Mrs.Turek was a graduate of Marion High School in Fairhope;Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents;she was also preceded in death by her husband;Mike Turek;in 1970. Also deceased are four brothers;Edgar Hall;Clifford Hall;Russell Hall and Howard Hall;four sisters;Ethel Hall;Violet Hall;Wanda Hall and Martha Wright;and two grandsons;Jeffrey Kennedy;who died in 1977;and Richard Bryner;who died in 1991.
