Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the James C.Stump Funeral Home;Inc.;Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township. Charles Taylor;60;of 211 Second St.;Monessen;died Saturday;July 25;1992;in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. Born Oct.28;1931;in McKeesport;he was the son of the late Charles and Minnie Taylor. A lifelong resident of Monessen;Mr.Taylor was a former member of Bethel A.M.E.Church;McKeesport. Joan Viola Venneri Turk;63;of 37406 Castle Dr.;Romulus;Mich.;died Monday;April 13;1992;at 11:05 p.m.in Annapolis Hospital;Wayne;Mich.  She was born April 19;1928;in Belle Vernon;daughter of the late Joseph and Erminia Ruoco Venneri.  She resided in Romulus since 1964.  She was a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in Romulus.   She was employed as a teller for the National Bank of Detroit.  Survivors include her husband;Tony Turk;two brothers;Samuel Venneri of North Huntington;and Val Venneri of Belle Vernon;three sisters;Mrs.Joseph (Stella) Hamadock of Dover;Del.;and Mrs.Rudolph Halgas of Belle Vernon and Mrs.John (Josephine) Mannarino of Bristol.  Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon.  Blessing services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.  Burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeal Home is in charge of the arrangements.
