Harold Lewis Sr.;57;a member of the Roscoe Council;died in Washington Hospital Tuesday;May 4;1965;at 11:55 a.m.after a lengthy illness. Mr.Lewis made his home at 305 Lynn St.;Roscoe. He was employed at the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel. Born in Charleroi on Feb.2;1908;he was the son of the late Charles and Mayme Gamiel Lewis. Surviving are his widow;Emily Swinhoe Lewis;two sons;Harold Jr.of Elco and Darrell at home;two daughters;Mrs.Wanda Farkos and Mrs.Judy Bizet;both of Stockdale;two brothers;Ralph of Largo;Fla.;and Russell of Ontario;Calif.;one sister;Mrs.Ruth McKain of Elyris;Ohio;five grandchildren. Mrs.Josephine Levandosky;of 1389 Fayette Ave.;Belle Vernon (Fairhope);died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Sunday;April 18;1965;at 5:30 a.m. Mrs.Lewvandosky was born in Poland. She was a member of the Scared Heart of Jesus Polish National Catholic Church of Monessen;the P.N.U.Lodge 190 of Scranton;the Polish National Alliance of Arnold City. She had lived in Pittsburgh coming to Fairhope 45 years ago. Preceding her in death were her husband;Joseph on Nov.30;1958;a sons;Stanley in 1952;and a daughter;Mrs.Faye Bilski in 1962.
