Mr.Webb retired as an employee of the Fabric Department of the Pittsburgh Steel Company in 1950. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Monessen. He is survived by one son;Richard of Columbus;Ohio;three daughters;Mrs.K.G.Russ and Mrs.Donald Brown of Warren;Ohio;and Mrs.Eugene Baker of Mingo Junction;six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
