Mr.Webb retired as an employee of the Fabric Department of the Pittsburgh Steel Company in 1950. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Monessen. Mrs.Isabella Laird Woolsey of 441 Donner avenue;Monessen;died Monday;April 4;1955;at 6:10 p.m. She was born in Scotland and was a pioneer resident of Monessen. She belonged to the First Presbyterian Church of that city. Preceded in death by her husband;Ewing L.Woolsey;at one time second chief of police of Monessen;who died in 1942;she is survived by one brother;Gordon Laird of Fort Wayne;Indiana;and a number of nieces and nephews.
