a. m. at her home; 930 Knox avenue. The deceased was born in
Italy and came here in 1906.
Surviving are her husband; Dominic Bindi; two children; Harry and
George Bindi of Monessen; three
grandchildren; three brothers and
a sister in Italy. Services will be held from the late home on Monday;July 10;1944;at 9 a.m.;followed by Rites in the St.Cajetan Church;with Rev.Nuncio Pirulli in charge. Noah Grant Behanna;Jr.;aged 29 years;died Friday;July 14;1944 at the St.Joseph Hospital;Baltimore;Md. He had been a resident of Monessen for the past eight years;and before his illness was in the employ of the open hearth department of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Elizabeth Joseph Behanna and three children;Joyce Mae;Cecelia Anne and Gerald;his parents;Mr.and Mrs.Noah Behanna of Donora;two brothers;James Behanna;Monessen and Sergeant Richard Behanna;with the Marines;two sisters;Mrs.Virginia Carney;Monessen and Mrs.Violet Bachisim;Donora. Alfred P.Bissiere;age 60 years of 1203 Prospect avenue;Charleroi;died Wednesday;May 17;1944;at 11:05 p.m.at home. He was born in Becksrun;Pa;January 4;1884;the son of Noel Bissiere and Constance Latour Bissiere of France. He was a member of the Charleroi Methodist Church;coming here twenty-seven years ago from Monessen. He was a retired tin mill worker. He is survived by his wife;Leona Mersonier Bissiere;three daughters;Mrs.Ben Barnett of North Charleroi;Miss Audrey Bissiere and Miss Leona Bissiere at home;three brothers;Cashmiere Bissiere of Monessen;Henry Bissiere of Ellwood City;Pa.;and Adrian Bissiere of Canonsburg;two sisters;Mrs.Alice Daniel of Henrietta;Oklahoma and Mrs.Valeria Hannan of Monessen;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Sunday;May 21;1944;at 2:30 p.m.;with Rev.Joseph C.Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
