Funeral services for Helen Huranna;20 year old daughter of Mr.and Mrs.Michael Huranna;of Pricedale;are announced for Friday;April 29;1938;at 9 a.m.from the St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon. Father J.J.O’Connell will officiate. The young girl;who had been employed as a domestic in Pittsburgh;was struck by a car Thursday April 21;1938;as she stepped from a curb in Beechwood boulevard. She was rushed to a Pittsburgh hospital;where she lingered until Monday;April 25;1938;when death came. Surviving are her parents;Mr.and Mrs.Michael Huranna;four sisters;Mrs.Anna Locicero;of Florida;Mrs.Mary Tourdot;of Pricedale;Mrs.Elizabeth Agamedi of Lock Four;and Miss Margaret Huranna;at home. Two brothers also survive;Nicholas and Andrew;at home. The body is at the home of one of the sisters;Mrs.Tourdot;in Pricedale;where it will repose until time for funeral services Friday morning. Interment will be made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.

David Francis Harvey;aged 69 years;well known Belle Vernon resident;died at 12:15 p.m.Tuesday;March 29;1938 at Rousseaux’s Restful Acres. He had been in failing health for some time. Surviving are three daughters;Mrs.E.W.Brady;of Pontiac;Michigan;Miss Ruth and Miss Margaret Harvey of Monessen;and one son;Harry Harvey;of Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held at the home of Harry Harvey;202 Third street;Belle Vernon;Friday afternoon;April 1;1938;at 2 o’clock. Rev.Frank S.Montgomery;pastor of the Washington Avenue Presbyterian Church;Charleroi;will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon cemetery.
