Born March 5; 1923; in Charleroi; he was the son of the late Michael and Julia Radovick Luckasevic. He was a retired Charleroi Borough employee; a member of Mary; Mother of the Church; a 1941 graduate of Charleroi High School; a life member of the Charleroi Fire Department; and a member of the Charleroi Belgium and Italian Unita clubs. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II in the European Theater; receiving four Bronze Stars. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law; William J. He had been a service station manager for Guttman Oil Co. of Speers and was an assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 510 in the 1960s and was a trustee of the Monessen Hungarian Club. Mr. Howarth served in the U.S. Army; 1st Division; during World War II; ranking Technical Sergeant and was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze and Silver stars.
