Joseph D. Rinehart; 92; of Altamonte Springs; Fla.; passed away Sunday; Feb. 28; 2010; in his home. A son of the late Joseph R. and Jessie Dumire Rinehart; he was born in Cumberland; Md.; on April 15; 1917. He was a founder of the Calvary Bible Church of Charleroi and enjoyed gardening and photography. Formerly of Rostraver Township; he had resided in Florida since 1982. Joe was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and retired in 1982 from the U.S. Steel Research Center in Monroeville; where he was a research analyst. A daughter of the late Benedetto and Maria Giacoma Duronio; she was born in Monessen on June 28; 1917. Clara was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; the church choir and the former C.D. of A.; all of Belle Vernon; the National Hairdressers Association; and had been a guest instructor and stylist at the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. She was the owner and operator of the former Clara’s Hair Fashion Salon; of Belle Vernon; until her retirement in 1999. A resident of Bridgeville since 2002; she had formerly resided in Belle Vernon since 1951. Born May 13; 1925; in Leckrone; she was the daughter of the late John C. and Julia Krasko Fuse. A resident of Belle Vernon for more than 60 years; Mrs. Panarella was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband; James S.
