She was born May 19; 1922; in Monessen; the daughter of the late Richard and Ethel (Sadler) Webb. Dorothy was a member of First Christian Church in Charleroi. She is survived by three sons: Richard T. Swan; of North Charleroi; Carl Swan and wife Cindy; of Burleson; Texas; and Robert Swan and wife Connie; of Maryland; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by one daughter; Florinda; and her husband; Kenneth Swan; in 1984; and her daughter-in- law; Elayne A. Swan; on April 4; 2009. A son of the late William D. and Ethel Booth Smith; he was born in Purcell; Pa.; on Feb. 16; 1944. Homer had resided in Webster since 1960 and was employed as a truck driver for Webster Auto Parts.
