Ronald A. Koszykowski; 65; of Fayette City; died Thursday; Aug. 28; 2008; in UPMC Shadyside; Pittsburgh. He was born Dec. 22; 1942; in North Charleroi; a son of the late Alexander Koszykowski and the late Mildred Sabolek Koszykowski Onufer. He was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. He is survived by one brother; Joseph E Onufer; of Perryopolis; and several cousins; nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St; Fayette City (724-326-5621) on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday; Aug 30; until 10 a.m.; when a blessing service will be held with the Rev. MATILDABERKLOVICH GALIOTTO
Matilda Berklovich Galiotto; 93; of West Mifflin; formerly of Belle Vernon; died Wednesday; Nov. 9; 2011; at John J. Kane Regional Center; McKeesport. Born Dec. 27; 1917; in Whitsett; she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Simko Berklovich. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; Mrs. Galiotto was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and was a homemaker. She was a member of the former Catholic Daughters of the Americas Belle Vernon Court 1522 and the former St. Sebastian Ladies Guild. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Eugene and Nancy Galiotto; of Elizabeth; George Galiotto Jr. and wife; Faith; of West Mifflin; two daughters and son-in-law; Rita and Kenneth Kinder; of Midlothian; Va.; and Regina Spencer; of Pittsburgh; three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Veronica Winn; of Perryopolis; Alma and Harry Joseph; of West Newton; and Ceclia and Charles Frye; of West Newton; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; George G. Galiotto; on June 18; 1994; two brothers; Joseph and John Berklovich; and three sisters; Anne Martinak; Mary Abraham and Helen Pelligrini. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; Family Owned and Operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; (724) 929-6183. Prayer service will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. in the funeral home; followed by Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Mary Ottena; 96; of Belle Vernon (Fairhope); died Tuesday; July 1; 2008 in Mon Valley Hospital. A daughter of the late Andrew and Julia Zamorski Dohan; she was born in Fairhope on April 20; 1912. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; she was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and the former Legion of Mary. Survivors include three nieces; Virginia; Cecelia and Georgina and one sister-in-law; Myra Dohan of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Marcus J. Ottena in 1985; three children in infancy; Eugene; Marcus and Laverne Ottena; one sister; Helen Dohan and three brothers; John; George and Frank Dohan.
