Helen Havadich Evans; 88; of Belle Vernon; Rostraver Township; died Monday; Dec. 3; 2012; at 6:18 a.m. at Dunlevy Gardens Nursing Home; Dunlevy. Born April 26; 1924 in Belle Vernon; she was the daughter of the late George and Anna Walkush Havadich. A resident of Rostraver Township; she was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and owned and operated Randall’s Restaurant; Perryopolis; from 1951 to 1990. She is survived by two sisters; Irene Sturgis of Belle Vernon and Pat Lawrence of Destin; Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband; T. Randall Evans; and three brothers; George Havadich; Tom Havadich and Eddie Moxin. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS; Family Owned and Operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; 724-929-6183. Prayer service will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick; pastor; as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the Rosary for the departed soul of Helen Evans 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Mary P. Potemkin Braddock; 89; of Belle Vernon; Rostraver Township; died Monday; March 17; 2014; at 6:17 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital; Youngstown; Ohio. Born July 7; 1924; in New Kensington; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Septak Kudlik. A lifelong resident of Rostraver Township; Mrs. Braddock was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church and the St. Barbara Altar Guild. She was a retired clerk from the former Fox Grocery and Wetterau. Mary also served as a past treasurer of the Fayette City Golden Agers. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law; Marlene and John Falibota of Youngstown; Ohio; and Fay and John Szwast of Novi; Mich.; a brother; Charles Kudlik of Latrobe; brother-in-law; John Stock of Canonsburg; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister; Nancy Stock.
