She was born Aug. 2; 1928; in Monessen; daughter of the late George Kessler and Barbara Smithline Kessler. She was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon. She was a member of the Naomi Athletic Club and Center on the Hill; Washington Township. She worked as a seamstress for Charland Sewing Factory. Surviving are three sons; Thomas Sabolek of Fayette City; Daniel Sabolek and wife; Teresa; of Arnold City; Gerard Sabolek; of Belle Vernon; daughter; Laurie Sabolek and friend Terri; of Charleroi; daughter-in-law; Daria Sabolek O’Leary; of Fayette City; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Andrew Sabolek; and son; Andrew Sabolek; daughter-in-law; Joy Sabolek; great-granddaughter; Natalie Sabolek; brothers; George; Marty; Joseph and Fred Kessler; sisters; Eva Plumber; Marie Kessler; and Barbara Doerfler. Kathleen (Niccolai) McCullough; 75; formerly of North Belle Vernon; died Sunday; Nov. 18; 2012; at Westmoreland Manor; Greensburg. Born July 3; 1937 in North Belle Vernon; she was the daughter of the late Gino and Fabiola Sylvester Niccolai. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; Mrs. McCullough was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; a homemaker; and a retired registered nurse from Dr. Crudo’s office in Belle Vernon. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Scott and Vickie McCullough of Rostraver Township; and Douglas and Julie McCullough of Rostraver Township; beloved grandmother of seven grandchildren; Abby McCullough; Aaron McCullough; Tyler McCullough; Sarah McCullough; Emily McCullough; Christopher McCullough; Jilliann McCullough; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Ralph and Marcella Niccolai of Belle Vernon; and Harry and Bonnie Niccolai of Monessen; a brother-in-law; Joseph Vizza of Monessen; and a sister-in-law; Bonnie Redd of Portage; Ind.
