Wesley Walsh Livingstone; 69; of Belle Vernon (Arnold City); died Wednesday; Dec. 31; 2008; in Mon Valley Hospital. A son of the late David and Blanche Walsh Livingstone; he was born in Arnold City on Nov. 12; 1939. Protestant by faith; he was a lifelong resident of Arnold City and an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. Wesley retired in 1998 from the Bailey Consolidated Coal Mine. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; Colleen and Ron Naylor; of Belle Vernon (Fellsburg); one son; Dirk Livingstone; of Port Richey; Fla.; and four grandchildren; Max and Camden Livingstone and Ronnie and Nicholas Naylor. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years; Eileen DeVentura Livingstone; on Jan. 14; 2007; one sister; June Guidos; and four brothers; David Jr.; Donald; Joey and William Livingstone. Steve M. Semancik; 94; of Abingdon; Va.; formerly of Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Monday; Dec. 31; 2012; at Hospice House; Bristol; Tenn. Born June 13; 1918; in Wickhaven; he was the son of the late Michael P. and Elizabeth Gurbal Semancik. Mr. Semancik lived with his son in Abingdon; Va.; for the past five years. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and a member of the Jednotta Slovak Union. He had worked as a coal miner and carpenter and was devoted to his work. The last surviving member of his family; he is survived by a daughter; Diane Semancik; son and daughter-in-law; Stephen D. and Peggy Semancik of Abingdon; Va.; brother-in-law; Oscar Kluh of Potomac; Md.; three granddaughters; Vicky Andrew and husband; Scott; of Bethel Park; Helena Glaneman and husband; John; of Carroll Township and Elizabeth Semancik White and husband; Brian; of Atlanta; Ga.; seven great-grandchildren; Tyler Andrew; Kendra Andrew; Natalie Glaneman; John Glaneman Jr.; Sarah Glaneman; Fiona Elizabeth White and Annabel Avery White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; whom he dearly loved. He was preceded in death by his wife; Margarette Moskal Semancik on Feb. 28; 2007; seven brothers; Albert; John; Andrew; Michael; Frank; Anthony and Joseph Semancik; and two sisters; Mary Miller and Julia Kluh. many years of motorcycle
riding; with trips to
Daytona Beach; Fla. and
Ocean City; Md. He is
survived by two sons;
