Dale F. Williams; 82; of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township); died Tuesday; Oct. 27; 2009; at 1:40 p.m. at his home. Born Sept. 12; 1927; in North Charleroi; he was the son of the late Desire and Bertha Lambermont Williams. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 61 years; Mr. Williams was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church; Monessen; was a retired steel worker from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; was a veteran of World War II; having served with the U.S. Navy; member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659; Belle Vernon Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 209 and the Charleroi VFW. He is survived by his wife; Betty Story Williams; to whom he was married 61 years; granddaughter Dana Monticelli and husband Dan of Belle Vernon; and two great-grandchildren; Caden and Weston Monticelli. He is preceded in death by a daughter; Sharan Kinney; an infant son; Robert A. Williams and son Dale P. Williams; grandson Dale Christopher Williams; and a brother; Edgar Williams. Edmund E. Santini Jr.; 85; of Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Friday; April 15; 2011; at 8:45 a.m. in his home. Born March 21; 1926; in North Charleroi; he was the son of the late Edmund E. Santini Sr. and Beatrice Wilkinson Santini. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 51 years; Mr. Santini was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church; West Newton; and was a retired craneman from Duquesne Slag. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife; Bertha E.
