He was born June 5;1911;in Arnold City;a son of the late Samuel James and Frances Brown Bulger. He was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. He was a member of the Marion United Presbyterian Church;Fairhope;and retired in 1974 as an inspector at the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.Monessen Plant. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters;and one grandson;Jeffrey Michael Nogy. She was born in Belle Vernon May 31;1900;a daughter of the late Elmer F.and Lura Lehew Haught. Mrs.Breakwell was a member of the First United Methodiat Church of Belle Vernon;the Mon Valley Rebekah Lodge 82 and the Order of the Eastern Star. She had lived in Beaver Falls for the past year;having previously lived in Belle Vernon for most of her life. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Charles D.Breakwell Sr.in 1965;a son;Charles D.Breakwell Jr.in 1973;and two sisters;Mattie Abrams in 1986 and Alice Hoyes in 1988. She is survived by three daughters;Mrs.C.H.(Claradele) Wolf of Beaver Falls;Mrs.Virginia Murnane of Pittsburgh and Mrs.Clarence (Hilda) Roberts of Beaver Falls;four grandchildren;13 great-grandchildren;and three great-great-grandchildren.
