Barbara A.Darcy;of Elmwood Park;N.J.;died Thursday;March 28;1996;at the home of her son;David Darcy Sr.of Elmwood Park. She was born in Monessen;March 2;1915;a daughter of the late Barbara and John Csajkovics. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law;David and Theresa Darcy of Elmwood Park;two grandchildren;four great-grandchildren;and three sisters;Elizabeth Weible of Connellsville;Helen Matta and Ann Matta of Monessen. She was preceded in death by her husband;Thomas Darcy;one sister;Margaret Wasilewski;and a brother;John.

Sergius (Serg) Deambrogi;84;of Fallowfield Township;died Thursday;Dec.7;1995;at home. Born Jan.1;1911;in Como;Italy;he was the son of the late Joseph and Carmelina Constantini Deambrogi. Mr.Deambrogi was a member of Mary;Mother of the Church Parish;Charleroi. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II;having served in the European theatre of operations;and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 167;Charleroi;and the 7th Armored Division Association. He was a retired self-employed contractor and had been a caretaker for several local cemeteries. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by three brothrs;Bernard;Henry and Fred Deambrogi. Surviving are his wife;Mary Bertovich Deambrogi;with whom he celebrated 52 years of marriage on Oct.26;1995;one daughter;Mrs.Clark (Sally Ann) Harrison of Murrysville;one granddaughter;Hayley Harrison;one brother;John Deambrogi of Fallowfield Township;and one sister;Bruna Deambrogi of Fallowfield Township. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;849 fllowfield Ave.;Charleroi. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Third Street worship site of Mary;Mother of the Church Parish;Charleroi; Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. VFW Post 167 will conduct services in the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Arrangements are being handled by the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home.

Geno V.DeAngelis;77;of Monessen;died Friday Dec.1;1995;in Mon Valley Hospital. Born Jan.8;1918;in Monessen;he was the son of the late Pio and Maria DeAngelis. Mr.DeAngelis was a lifelong resident of Monessen. He retired from the Page Division of American Chain and Cable Company Inc. He was Catholic by faith. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a daughter;Dolores DeAngelis Nagy;a granddaughter;Gina DeAngelis and a brother;Columbus DeAngelis. Surviving are his wife;Bertha Sudor DeAngelis;with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage in November;a son;Gerald DeAngelis of Perryopolis;seven grandchildren;a brother;Marino DeAngelis of Arizona;and four sisters;Elizabeth Minniti;Virginia Oliver and Theresa Heffner;all of Monessen and Lucy Carbone of Dearborn;Mich. Friends will be recived Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Robert A.Billick Funeral Home Inc.;Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue;Monessen;where a blessing service will be held Monday at 10 a.m.;followed by interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
