Mr.Dubinsky was born May 16;1923;in Monessen;the son of the late Steve and Catherine Garber Dubinsky;and had been a lifelong resident. He was retired from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.and was a member of St.Mary Byzantine Catholic Church of Monessen and the American Legion of Belle Vernon. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army during World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He is survived by his wife;Goldie Stewart Dubinsky;a daughter;Mrs.Paul Edward (Faye) Toth of R.D.1;of Smithton;a sister;Margaret Kuchera of Charleroi;a brother;Arthur Dubinsky of Fairhope;and a grandson;Matthew S.Toth of Harrisburg. Besides his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;John Dubinsky. High School and a 1980 graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty

He was an all-star football player for Monessen High School and won a full football scholarship to Ohio University;where he attended two years before an injury.
