Mr.Miller was born March 13;1895;in New Kensington;a son of the late Thomas and Lillian Coughnour Miller. A Monessen resident for most of his life;he was a retired employee of the Electric Shop of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation’s Monessen Plant. Mr.Miller was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War I.Since his retirement;he has spent his winters in Monessen and his summers in Moville;Iowa. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the F&AM Lodge No.638;both of Monessen. Mr.Miller was preceded in death by his first wife;Maude Miller;in 1960.
