Born in Feb.7;1887 in Besseges;France;she was the daughter of Felix and Rose Dussere Charriax. Mrs.Mejean came from France as a bride in 1908 and resided in the Mon Valley all her adult life. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Charleroi and is survived by one daughter;Fernanda (Fern) Mejean who is at home. Mrs.Mejean was preceded in death by her husband;Albert;in 1919 and a daughter;Augusta;who died in 1966. She was a member of Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City. Mrs.Madlenk was preceded in death by her husband;Ignatz Madlenk Sr.in 1952;and a son;Frank;in 1971. Survivors include one son;Ignatz Madlenk Jr.of Belle Vernon;two daughters;Mrs.John (Amelia) Gelotti and Mrs.John (Helen) Teringo;both of Fayette City R.D.1;five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
