Anna Marie Moon;78;of East Main Street;Monongahela;died Sunday;Oct.20;1991;in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Oct.22;1912;in Van Meter;a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Pirochak Gidick. She resided in Monongahela most of her life and owned and operated Ann Moon’s Beauty Shop in the city for 45 years. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Monongahela. In addition to her patents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Albert L.Moon Sr.;who died Nov.24;1984;and one brother;Charles Gidick. Survivors include two daughters;Mrs.William (Gloria)Novisel of Monongahela and Mary Ann Seider of Michigan;one son;Albert L.Moon Jr.of Michigan;six brothers;George Gidick of Charleroi;and Peter;Steve;Mike;Frank and John;all of California;three sisters;Mrs.Tim (Evelyn)Johnston of Pittsburgh;Mrs.Pete (Sophie) Soroka of McMurray and Mrs.Wallace (Helen)Smith of Kittaning;three grandchildren;Mrs.Scott (Robin Beth)Travaline;Janna Diaz and Tye Thomas;and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the L.M.Frye Funeral Home;427 West Main St.;Monongahela;where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.William Bailey officiating. Margaret Martin Margaret Martin; 79; of League City; Texas; formerly of Belle Vernon; died Saturday; Aug. 17; 1991; at 6:08 p.m. in Humana Hospital; Clear Lake; Texas. She was born in Belle Vernon May 12; 1912; a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Cavanaugh. Mrs. Martin was Catholic by faith. She had lived in the Houston/League City Area since 1982. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Pharone H. Martin; on June 6; 1971; and a daughter; Patricia Trozzo; on July 16;1990. She is survived by three grandchildren; Mrs. Michael (Peggi) Birkenseher; with whom she made her home; David Trozzo and Timothy Trozzo; both of Houston; Texas; and three great-grandchildren; Matthew; Billy and Jeffrey.
