Charles Mutich;81;of 308 Graham St.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;Aug.10;1995;at 2:30 p.m.in Jefferson Hospital. He was born in Ella;Pa.(Allegheny County);Dec.29;1913;a son of the late Richard and Tina Radish Mutich. Mr.Mutich was a life member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 and had been post commender for five terms;from 1965 to 1969 and had also served as financial secretary officer. He was past deputy District 31 commander. He had been past vice president of the Vernon Baseball Boosters. Additionally;he was active in Teamsters Local 872;where he had served as vice president for several terms. He was a member of Teamsters Joint Council 249. A veteran of World War II and the Korean War;he served in the Navy. Mt.Mutich retired from Fox Grocery Co.in 1976;where he had been a truck driver for 30 years. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law;Charles John and Darlene Mutich of Washington;Pa.;three daughters and a son-in-law;Rebecca Mutich at home;Donna and Ronald Santoro of Belle Vernon and Evelyn Bielich of Pittsburgh;three brothers;Michael Mutich of Belle Vernon;Bernard (Barney) Mutich of Fayette City and Louis Mutich of Aurora Lake;Ohio;one sister;Mildred Barron of Champion;and six grandchildren;Adam Anthony and Abby Rebecca Santoro;David Charles and Samantha Ann Mutich and Millicent and Nicholas Bielich. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Betty Reppert Mutich;who died March 20;1986;two brothers;Guy and Nick Mutich and two sisters;Anne and Rebecca. Friends will be received in the Ferguson Funeral Home;Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service wil be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m.in the funeral home with visitation before the service. The Rev.Dr.Thomas St.Clair of the First United Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;will officiate at the funeral service. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 will hold a service at the funeral home Saturday at 7 p.m. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.

Clive Enos Moran;81;of Coraopolis;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Saturday;June 24;1995;in Rochester Manor;Rochester;Pa. Mr.Moran was born April 21;1914;in Vesta;a son of the late Daniel W.Moran and Jean Kennedy Moran. He had been raised in Belle Vernon and was a 1932 graduate of Belle Vernon High School. A sister;Mary Jane Wickmon;is deceased. Surviving are his wife of 53 years;Alma Murphy Moran;three daughters;Kathy Mullins of Babylon;N.Y.;Mrs.Ray (Alona) Cox of Coraopolis;R.D.1;and Mrs.Paul (Emma Jean) Morris of Coraopolis;six grandchildren;two great-grandchildren;and three sisters;Margaret E.Morgan of Belle Vernon;June River of Denver;Colo.;and Norman Jean Douthitt of Sledell;La. she was preceded in death by

Motchkoski; in 1981; and a sister; Ruth Bennett.

Ohio; with whom she made her

He was born March 3;1936;in Detroit;Mich.;a son of Anna Seman Matway of Perryopolis and the late Steve Matway. Mr.Matway was the owner and operator of Matway Tractor Sales;Perryopolis. He served in the U.S.Army;achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. In addition to his mother;he is survived by two sons;and a daughter-in-law;Bernard A.and Laura Matway and Christopher M.Matway;all of Perryopolis;and a sister;Shirley Ann Matway of Perryopolis.
