She was born May 8;1925;in Friedens;a daughter of the late James O.and Clara Lamberson Albright. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;which she joined on Aug.26;1951. She was a member of H.O.A.of the church;and the Women’s Association of the church. She was ordained as an elder of the church on Feb.1;1970;and had serve as the Clerk of Session for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge. She resided in Jefferson Township since 1952. She retired in 1987 from the Office of Employment Security in Charleroi;where she had been an unemployment claims examiner for 15 years. Survivors include her husband;John S.(Jack) Means Jr.;one son and daughter-in-law;John (Rick) and Pam Means of Perryopolis;and one daughter and son-in-law;Denise and Grover Engle of Chalk Hill;three grandchildren;Todd and John Ryan Means;and Brittany Engle. late Paul and Elizabeth Matash
Mica.
Mr. Mica resided in Smithton
the past 27 years and formerly resided in the Mon Valley area. He was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Belle Vernon;and the church choir. He was a retired crane operator for U.S.Steel;McKeesport plant;and was also formerly employed at Page American Chain and Cable Company;Monessen. He was a farmer in the Smithton area. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;Joseph Sepeiak;and a sister Barbara Mica;who died in infancy. Surviving are his wife;Mariann Skurkay Mica;one son;Paul J.Mica of Omaha;Neb.;two daughters;Rachael Mica of Bridgeville and Mrs.James (Elizabeth) Saul of Smithton;one sister;Mary Cuprik of Euclid;Ohio;and three grandchildren;James Saul and Sarah and Paul Jacob Mica.
