Born Aug.21;1904;she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lillie Gibson Graham. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area;Mrs.Nahar had resided at Country Care Manor the past 4 1/2 years. A homemaker;she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. She was the last surviving member of her inmmediate family. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Leonard Nahar;in 1970;four sisters;Nora Graham;Ann Fee;Effie Pugh and Eleanor Toots Barrass;and one brother;Fred Graham. She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was born Sept.19;1907;in North Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Jesse and Mattie Pascoe Spang. Mrs.Nicholls was Methodist by faith. John Nescot;90;formerly of Pricedale;died Wednesday;Oct.21;1998;at Smithley’s Personal Care Home;Mt.Morris;Pa. He was born Jan.22;1908;in Claridge;Pa.;a son of the late Michael and Anna Nescot. He retired in 1972 from the Clyde Mine of Republic Steel Corp. He was a former member of the Belle Vernon American Legion and the Belle Vernon Golden Agers. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. He was born April 6;1941;in Philadelphia;a son of Barbara Bynumn Neal Richey;with whom he made his home;and the late Edward Neal. He worked for numerous construction companies in the Philadelphia area where he was a dry wall finisher. He was Baptist. Survivors in addition to his mother;include his step-father;Murray Richey of Charleroi;two brothers;Robert and Eric Neal;both of Philadelphia;two sisters;Lee Anna Neal Henry of Philadelphia and Ileana Neal Moore of North Carolina;and two grandchildren;Marc and Andrew Watkins;both of Virginia. Joseph Nagy;78; of Monessen;died Tuesday;Nov.11;1997;at 9:15 a.m.in his home. Born May 25;1919;in Rostraver Township;he was a son of the late John and Clara Drotos Nagy. Mr.Nagy had lived in Monessen since moving there from Belle Vernon in 1954. He was a member of Mary;Mother of the Church Parish;Charleroi. Mr.Nagy retired Aug.31;1982;from the National Tube Company of U.S.Steel Corp.;McKeesport;where he worked as a welder. He was a veteran of World War II;serving as a corporal in the U.S.Army.
