In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her first husband;Andrew Skirpan in 1957;her second husband Thomas Raymond Owens in 1972;and one stepson;Earl T.Owens. He was born Aug.11;1900;a son of the late Joe and Annie Leach Oliphant. Mr.Oliphant had served in World War II in the U.S.Army. He was a Protestant by faith and had worked for most of his life in the area as a coal miner. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a son;William Kane Oliphant;who died in 1945 in the service.
