Audrey Jean Nogy;68;of 937 Graham St.;North Belle Vernon;died Saturday;Jan.29;2000;at her home. Born April 11;1931;in North Belle Vernon she was the daughter of Rose DeRosa Spanish Forsythe of Belle Vernon and the late Albert J.Spanish. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon;she was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. She was a former school crossing guard at Graham and Fayette streets in North Belle Vernon. She was a member of Anita Garibaldi Society of Belle Vernon and a social member of the Belle Vernon American Legion. Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law;Martin Nogy of Belle Vernon;Roger and Deanne Nogy of Belle Vernon;Mark and Barbara Nogy of Belle Vernon;one brother;Frank Spanish of Apache Junction;Ariz.;two sisters and a brother-in-law;Gilda Gladys of Belle Vernon;Norma and John Gillo of Lynnwood;six grandchildren;Kathy Nogy;Brian Nogy;Jason Nogy;Alan Nogy;Brittany Nogy and Stephanie Nogy;and one stepgrandson;Sean Panek. In addition to her father;she was preceded in death by her husband;Martin (Streamline) Nogy;on Sept.13;1985;a son;Richard Nogy;Jan.21;1951;and a daughter;Rose Ann Nogy;Aug.3;1962. Friends were received Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the LEONARD J.PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME;family owned and operated;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Prayer service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 in the funeral home;followed by funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian R.C.Church. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charless W. Neff; 63; of Boundary Street; Monongahela;died Wednesday;Aug.18;1999;at his home.  He was born Dec.25;1936;in Sunnyside;a son of the late Kenneth Neff and Alice Susan Davis Neff;who survives and resides in New Eagle.  Mr.Neff was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene of Monongahela.  He was retired from the Structural Iron Workers Union Local No.3 of Pittsburgh.  Survivors;in addition to his mother;include his wife;Wanda Morris Neff;with whom he celebrated 42 years of marriage on April 27;1999;three daughters and sons-in-law;Pamela and Mike Thieret of Monongahela;Debra and Bradley Kolessar of North Charleroi and Kimberly and Bill Iams of Monongahela;a son;Kurt W.Neff of Monongahela;four grandchildren;Carrie Wilson;Leslie Wilson;Josh Iams and Kristyn Iams;a great-grandchild;Tyler Thomas Stickel;two brothers;Kenneth Von Neff of New Eagle and Gordon Neff of Upper St.Clair;and a sister;Linda Hamilton of Finleyville.  Private services were held Friday;Aug.20;1999;in the Belle Vernon Cemetery Chapel.  The L.M.Frye Funeral Home Inc.;Monongahela;handled the arrangements. 

Laura Graham Nahar;94;of Country Care Manor;Washington Township;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Sunday;Aug.1;1999;at 3 a.m. in Country Care Manor. Born Aug.21;1904;she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lillie Gibson Graham. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area;Mrs.Nahar had resided at Country Care Manor the past 4 1/2 years. A homemaker;she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. She was the last surviving member of her inmmediate family. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Leonard Nahar;in 1970;four sisters;Nora Graham;Ann Fee;Effie Pugh and Eleanor Toots Barrass;and one brother;Fred Graham. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev James C.Ramsey;pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Dorothy M.Nicholls;91;of Fayette City (Lowber) R.D.;died Tuesday;March 30;1999;in the Mon Valley Hospital;after a very short illness.  She was born Sept.19;1907;in North Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Jesse and Mattie Pascoe Spang.  Mrs.Nicholls was Methodist by faith.  Survivors include her husband;William S.Nicholls;two daughters;Dorene Little of Perryopolis R.D.;and Joan Vogel;of the state of Maryland;three sons;Arther Gaskill of the state of Ohio;Donald Gaskill of Belle Vernon;and Robert Gaskill of the state of South Carolina;12 grandchildren;19 great-grandchildren;and one great-great-grandchild.  Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home Inc.;334 Main St.;Fayette City;and Friday until 11 a.m.;the hour of services;with the Rev.James R.Myers officiating.  Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Eley/McCrory Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
