Born Feb.26;1908;in Italy;she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Madelena Martinelli Faulk. A resident of Pricedale the past 47 years;Mrs.Nescot was a member of Pricedale Union Church. She was also a member of the Belle Vernon Golden Agers.In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by two brothers;Orison Faulk and Frank Faulk;and two sisters;Mary Rodman and Rose Sleigh. Surviving are her husband;John Nescot;with whom she celebrated 54 years of marriage on Jan.15;1995;a daughter and son-in-law;Madeline and Kenton R.Colvin of Morgantown;W.Va.;two brothers;Leslie Faulk of Saltsburg and Joseph Faulk of Pittsburgh;two sisters;Eva Wracher of Bedford and Catherine Guarlotti of Jeannette;and two grandchildren;Kevin and Keith Colvin of Greensboro;N.C. Grace I.Nelson;94;of Horizon Senior Care Center;Cannonsburg;where she had lived for the last several years and formerly of Belle Vernon and Monessen;died Monday;Sept.19;1994;at 12:10 p.m. She was born in West Newton on Dec.17;1899;a daughter of the late Joseph and Dora Krieter Vogel. Mrs.Nelson was a charter member of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church. She was a former organist and pianist;playing in churches in West Newton and Lynnwood. She had been a clerk in her youth in family grocery stores for years. Mrs.Nelson is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law;Robert W.and Lorraine Nelson of Belle Vernon and James W.and Genevieve Nelson Jr.of Belle Vernon;two daughters;Mrs.James (Mildred) Baker of Monessen and Mrs.Jack (Clara Lee) Manown of Belle Vernon;11 grandchildren;26 great-grandchildren;and one great-great-grandchild.
