Mrs.Paterline was born Oct.27;1909;in Pueblo;Colo.;a daughter of the late John and Jeromine Montabone Syes. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Charleroi and the Corning Retirees Association. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband;Edward J.Paterline Sr.;a brother;Clifford Strader;and two sisters;Sadie Patrick and Ethyl Gonzales. Mrs.Paterline was retired from Corning Glass;Charleroi plant. She was born in Washington
Township; Fayetle County; on June
26; 1911; a daughter of the late
Michael and Mercy Czjha Shosky.
She was a member of the First
Baptist Church of Belle Vernon; the
Belle Vernon Golden Agers and PNA
Lodge 1146; Monessen. She was a
retired janitress for the Belle Vernon
Area School District.
She was preceded in death by her
husband; James Patterson; in 1968;
by a grandson; Kevin Scott Patterson;
in 1960; and by two brothers; Andrew
Shosky; in 1941; and Michael
Shosky; in 1985.
Surviving are two sons; James M.
Patterson and William Thomas Patterson;
both of Fairhope; four
grandchildren; one great-grandchild;
a brother; John T.
(Yush) Shosky of Monessen; a
sister; Mrs. Albert (Margaret)
Frank of Belle Vernon; a sister-in-law;
Stella Shosky of Belle Vernon;
and several nieces and nephews.
