Mrs.Popella was born March 30;1923 in Monessen;a daughter of Leona Dandoy Balderoni and the late Emmett Dixon. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 13 years;she was a former Monessen resident. She was Catholic by faith. In addition to her mother;Mrs.Popella is survived by her husband;George M.Popella;one son;Robert Popella Sr.of Belle Vernon;one brother;William Dixon of Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mrs.Leona Endreszl of Charleroi and Mrs.Edith Lannock of Cleveland;Ohio;and two grandsons. Born May 17; 1902 in Belle
Vernon; he was the son of the
late Eugene and Mary Dolfi
Pierallini. He was a life-long
resident of Belle Vernon.
Mr. Pierallini was
employed as a foreman in the
coupling department of the
Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel;
Allenport Plant; retiring in
1967.
He was a member of the
First United Methodist
Church of Belle Vernon.
Survivors include his

by two brothers; Eugene in
1966 and Fred in 1975; and a
sister; Sabina Lebberoni in
1970.

Mr.Province was born Dec.8;1932 in Speers;a son of John A.and Estelle Dunkerly Province;who reside in Speers. A U.S.Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict;he was employed by Monessen Southwestern Railroad. Mr.Province was Protestant by faith. He was active in the midget football and baseball programs in Rostraver Township. In addition to his parents;Mr.Province is survived by his widow;Margaret Ann (Gibbs) Province;one son;Thomas R.Province at home;two brothers;Loren of Monessen and Don of Speers;and one sister;Mrs.Gordon (Daryll) Wilson of Speers. Steve Petty;50;of 54 Scenery Blvd.;Monessen;died unexpectedly at 11:15 p.m.Friday;June 21;1968;at his home. Born July 29;1917;in Brownfield;he was a resident of Monessen for 30 years. He was employed as a millwright at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Mr.Petty was a veteran of the U.S.Army;serving in World War II. He was a member of the Monessen Slovak Home;American Legion Post 28;Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1190;both of Monessen. Mrs.Katheryne Perry;69;of 323 Water St.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Feb.21;1972;at 3:05 p.m.at her home. Her husband;John Perry;is mayor of Belle Vernon. Mrs.Perry was born in Windber on March 4;1903. She was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church and the Auxiliary to the American Legion Post;both of Belle Vernon. The family operated the Ritz Theater in Belle Vernon for many years prior to its closing in 1955. Surviving;in addition to her husband;are three sons;James Sedary of Kansas;Joseph Sedary of Belle Vernon and Salvatore Perry of Valparaiso;Ind.;four grandchildren;and her mother;Mrs.Christina Spadafore of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Friday.
