He was born June 26;1937;in Charleroi;a son of Margaret Franks Paterline of Charleroi and the late Dan C.Paterline. A 1955 graduate of Charleroi High School;Mr.Paterline was a U.S.Army veteran. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Tenth Street Athletic Club;both of Charleroi. He was also a member and current secretary of the North Charleroi Lions Club. Mr.Paterline was employed as an accounting supervisor at West Penn Power Company’s Craven Hill Division;where he was honored this year for 30 years of service. Born Feb.12;1932;in Belle Vernon;he was the son of the late John and Catherine Spadafore Perry. Mr.Perry resided in Belle Vernon the past 10 years. A U.S.Army veteran of World War II;he was a member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 and the Disabled American Veterans. He was also a member of the United Steelworkers of America;AARP;Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association;the National Rifle Association;and Loyal Order of Moose Valparaiso Lodge 1357. He retired in 1981 from Midwest Steel;where he had operated an overhead crane.
