Mr.Risley was born Oct.30;1933;in Manchester;Conn.;a son of the late John and Winifred Cooley Risley. He was employed as transportation supervisor for the Belle Vernon Area School District for the past 22 years. Mr.Risley came to Belle Vernon in 1967 from Manchester;Conn. He was a member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post No.659 and the National Rifle Association and was a volunteer member of the Washington Township-Fayette City Community Ambulance Service (CAS). Surviving are his wife;Doris White Risley;one son and daughter-in-law;William and Darlene Wall of Belle Vernon R.D.4;two daughters;Mrs.Bradley (Marcella) Kiefer of Belle Vernon and Mrs.Virgil (Patti Jo) Diamond of Grindstone;three grandchildren;Richard Vitale Jr.;Renee Lynn Wall and Katherine Leigh Diamond;four nephews and one niece. Helen Richards;94;of Washington County Health Center;Washington;Pa;died Friday;July 7;1995;at 5:05 a.m. She was born Jan.13;1901;in Braddock;a daughter of the late Henry Sparell Saunders and Lillian Baker Saunders McCraw. Mrs.Richards was Methodist by faith. She had spent most of her life in the Pittsburgh area. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by three sisters;and eight brothers. Charles Frederick Radek jr.;62;died Monday;May 22;1995;at home in Carson;Calif. He was born in Pricedale March 19;1933;a son of the late Charles and Margaret Corbett Radek;who survives and resides in Pricedale. Mr.Radek had lived in California for the last 36 years and was formerly of Pricedale. He was a school teacher;retiring from Los Angeles School District;where he had taught for 32 years. Mr.Radek had served with the U.S.Army.
