He was preceded in death by his wife; Constance; on
Oct 4; 1971.
Survivors include one son;
Frank of Belle Vernon; one
daughter; Mrs. Mike (Mary)
Argirakis of Belle Vernon;
and five grandchildren.

Mr.Shetterly was born Sept.18;1911;in West Brownsville;a son of the late Charles W.and Jennie Gant Shetterly. He retired in 1973 as a conductor for Monessen Southwestern Railway at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.after 43 years of service. He had served from 1947 to 1956 as general chairman of the Railroad Workers’ Local 447. Mr.Shetterly was a Methodist by faith. He was preceded in death by a son;Raymond G.Shetterly;in 1933. Survivors include his widow;Bertha Walker Shetterly;three sons;Raymond E.Shetterly Jr.of Monessen;Duncan Shetterly of Newton Falls;Ohio;and Wilbert L.Shetterly of Buena Vista;Calif;;two daughters;Mrs.Barton (Laverne) Meyer of Lucas;Ohio;and Mrs.Carl (Elverda) Radek of West Newton;15 grandchildren and one great-grandson. area for the past 35 years.
He was preceded in death
by his wife; Helen; on May 24;

Sept. 20; 1976; and two sons;
John in 1936 and Frank in 1963. A retired steelworker for U.S.Steel Corporation’s Irvin Works;Mr.Smoody was a member of the Hungarian Club of Pricedale and the MARS Bowling League. Mrs.Smoody was a member of the Former Hungarian Presbyterian Church of Pricedale. Joseph Syabosol of 4413 Second St.;Versailles;died Sunday;May 10;1981;in Pittsburgh. He was 61. Mr.Syabosol was born April 20;1920 in Vestaburg;a son of the late John and Margaret Syabosol. He was Catholic by faith. A U.S.Army veteran of World War II;Mr.Syabosol was a member of the Belle Vernon American Legion. He was a former policeman in Belle Vernon.
